Mouse and Joystick controls

Offense before the snap

	left button - change which player is controlled (2nd player co-op mode only)
	right button - bring up play window

Offense after the snap

	left button - go into pass mode - 2nd click will pass to marker
	right button - dive (in pass mode the QB returns to run mode)

Defense before the snap

	left button - change which player is controlled 
	right button - bring up play window

Offense after the snap

	left button - switch to defensive player closest to the ball
	right button - dive
